The Homs Directorate of Culture launched the 2025 Summer Club for children (ages 6–11) and youth (ages 12–16). The program includes diverse educational and recreational activities such as chess, mental arithmetic, English, Rubik’s Cube, and—introduced for the first time—the Environmental Club in cooperation with the Development Foundation.

The aim is to fill summer holidays with meaningful activities that foster creativity, innovation, and interactive learning rather than rote instruction. Age-group division ensures suitable activities, while the Environmental Club expands content toward sustainability and civic responsibility.
